I would like to say thanks and recommend EF Tire & Auto to anyone who needs a repair done right. I was visiting the area ten hours away from my home; arriving Fri night after everyone was closed. Early Saturday I explained my situation that I had a dragging caliper and I likely needed a caliper, rotor and pads and I needed to be back in Georgia by Sunday night. The service person promptly checked his sources for parts and secured them and then explained to the shop I needed a repair before closing at 2pm. I was quoted a price for parts and labor, that was in the range I expected. They did both front brakes as the other rotor was worn and a proper brake job is to have both done the same so braking is equal on each side. The work was done correctly with good parts and delivered in the expected time. I am truly grateful for the staff of EF Tire & Auto helping me in my great time of need. They took in a nonregular customer and made a friend in the process. They have been in business since 1979; and this new web page will serve them well. Thanks again so much! David
